The 2019 PDGA Player of the Year / Rookie of the Year Final Standings for Men and Women in North America are displayed below. 

To qualify as a 2019 Rookie, a PDGA member who was never previously a pro class member and had not registered as a pro for the first time or accepted a cash award in a pro division for the first time until after the 2018 PDGA Amateur & Junior Disc Golf World Championships and before the 2019 PDGA Amateur Disc Golf World Championships. Any player registering as a pro for the first time or accepting a cash award in a pro division for the first time AFTER the 2019 PDGA Amateur Disc Golf World Championships will officially be a rookie in the 2020 PDGA Tour year. Rookie of the Year contenders are highlighted in orange
