2020 POY and ROY Candidates to Earn NT Points for DGPT Elite Series Events

The PDGA is adjusting its Player of the Year (POY) and Rookie of the Year (ROY) formula to award NT points for all DGPT Elite Series events following a season in which all PDGA Majors and National Tour events were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 PDGA Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year points standings have now been updated using the new formula. Bonus points have not yet been applied and may significantly impact the final standings. These will be awarded to the player who finishes first in in their division in Calendar Year Rating, Money Earned, Average Cash Per Event (Min 10 Events), Tournament Wins and Winning Percentage (Min. 10 Events).
