Competition Endowment Program Application

All Tournament Directors interested in hosting a Competition Endowment Program (CEP) Developmental or Charity event are required to complete the following tasks.

  1. Fill out the application form below and hit submit.
  2. Fill out the PDGA Sanctioning Agreement and fulfill all sanctioning requirements (e.g., current member, certified official, sanctioning payment.)

All requests for events must be received no later than 45 days prior to the event.

Explain the PDGA Rules of Play, Tour Standards and Competition Manual contradictions your event will have.
Charity Information
Use official name. Event charity must be a 501(c)(3) entity in the United States or a Canadian charity, national arts service organization (NASO), or a Canadian amateur athletic association (CAAA).

Please provide as much information as possible about disc golf and competitive disc golf tournaments in your local and regional area.
Which course(s) will be used for your event? When was this course(s) installed? Has this course(s) hosted a PDGA event in the past? If so, when?
How will hosting this event under the Competition Endowment Program improve disc golf on the local and regional level? How will this event increase both the knowledge and exposure of the sport and the PDGA to this player base?
Does your event have any specific goals? What type of players is your event attempting to attract? How do you plan on promoting your event to attract these players? Will disc golf continue to receive any promotional benefits after this event ends and if so how?
Are there any other reasons why you feel this event should be included in the Competition Endowment Program that have not been covered by a previous question?
