I played this course in mid August 2012. It's a mostly flat course that has many mature trees which make the course challenging. Many holes have the basket hidden behind mature trees. All holes are par 3. "pro" tees are some sort of outdoor plastic pad, which I would imagine would be very slick when wet, but is fine when it's dry. For beginners or weaker players, there are "beginner" tees which are trickier to find, as they are just boards in the grass marking the front of the tee, so the beginner tees are grass. Clear signs have been posted (apparently recently) that make navigating the course fairly easy. When I was there, a course map and hole description was taped to a rock near the first tee. I've never been there before, and I had no problems navigating this course. Watch out for hole 12. The basket is only a few feet from the water's edge, and is the only hole on the course with a significant elevation change. Baskets were high quality and clearly marked with the hole number on top facing the tee, but there were several holes where the basket was not easily visible from the tee. Pretty much just had to fire it down range and aim better on the second shot (unless of course you've played the course before and know where the baskets are.) Overall, the course felt a bit cramped, but there were still some long holes, and it wasn't super busy. Overall would rate this course on the better side of average. Would welcome the chance to do it again.
