New concrete tee pads. The course has seen a tremendous amount of maintenance after the ice storm.

I've gone back to this course a couple of times. This week I visited and could see that there course maintenance performed. There were a couple of new bridges and a good bit of clearing. I've also found out that it is rated as a championship course. That would account for the difficulty of the routing. I believe the course still needs work, but that it has definitely improved.
