Description

A classic, well maintained and well-laid out New England style course. The challenging, mostly wooded holes are not very long, but they do require both finesse and power. Some fairway lines are tight, others are more open. Undulating terrain adds challenge with side hill basket placements that can lead to roll aways. Information kiosk, practice basket, good signs and walking paths between holes. Two framed, gravel tee boxes per hole dot the Front 9 (Pro-Black and Novice-Green) with a few Alternate boxes as well. A handful of unique, hand carved wooden benches are scattered throughout the course. The Back 9 (opened June 2019) features a variety of challenging holes as the course climbs up to the plateau at the pinnacle. Most of these fairways wind through tall pines, before culminating at #18 - a sharp downhill approach to the basket just uphill of the recently restored picnic pavilion.
