Tee pads are all cement now. Pins are occasionally moved so check before you throw. Some holes long enough to really let you let loose. There is a nice mix of long and short holes including an ace run of about 100 feet. Surprisingly lefty and forehand friendly. Park is shared with the school system and occasionally there are cross country events that close the course.

Dirt tees despite what the specs say. No grass fairways - mostly native grasses and the fairways are cut. Good variety of distances and angles but few tight holes since it's mostly open. Nice course but not too technical.
