Well groomed with trees as the only obstacles. My wife (125 ft.) and I (200 ft.) both enjoyed this open course. We played after a night rain. We had wet Tevas for the five holes in the lowland - drain area. There is NO rough. Impossible to lose a disc. Being from PA that is just fun!

Great Course especially when working on approach shots and putting. Watch out after heavy rain, holes 4-9 are set in a water drainage area. But very fun course in the middle of Urbandale.
