Course Reviews
Not the greatest course in the world, but still fun to play. The holes are mostly rather short, and heavily wooded, but there are a lot of elevation changes to make up for it. It's a great setting, right in the middle of a busy part of Bristol, but so wooded you almost forget where you are.
Definitely worth a visit, and you can play 9 holes in an hour or less.
UPDATE: So it's 3 years from this first post, and this course has pretty much the best feature any course can have -- continuous progress. The expansion to 18 holes made a huge difference, although one hole (I think it's 14? It's the extremely narrow hallway that goes straight uphill) is probably my least favorite hole ever.
There's been a lot of steady work done on this course over the years and it shows, I love playing here.
This course has come a long way! I play here twice a week, its a lovely course! Some holes are technical through trees, others are out in the freshly mowed grassy fields, a few with streams to cross, and one killer water hole! All tees are marked as well as the holes. Arrows guide you from hole to hole and every hole is marked telling you the par, distance, elevation changes, direction....Come play at Page park you wont be dissapointed! come see for yourself!
I enjoyed the diversity of this course and found it challenging, although I was 2 over first time I played it. It's very fun and picturesque. Though, it is a public course and sometime pedestrians interfere on holes as a couple holes seem to cross public areas. Because this course felt different and was fun to play, I'll give it 4 chains.
Actually played here today. It now has 18 holes. Heavily wooded, lots of elevation changes, 3 throws over a creek, and 1 over a larger body of water (depends if you wanna throw from the farther tee). The tees are decently marked and the paths have several signs (found on bricks).
The course does need a little more work but it's getting there. It is a fun course to play and the scenery is great. I would recommend playing here.
Got to play while vacationing in Hartford ! Hard to find the start of course. Needs a big sign at the parking area . Hole one takes you across a creek ,which cuts through the course .Lots of elevation make up for the shorter holes. It was beautiful as I threw early in the morning on a very nice spring day.Watch for the trees !! course is fully wooded. A great place to get in a short throw ! Overall a great, short, challenging course.

This is a really fun mostly wooded course. It is a great play has some variety to the holes so you get some open field throws and elevation changes. The course is well marked and easy to follow. The holes are shorter so people with huge arms don't like the course as much. This is a a full 18 hole course well worth the play. 4 chains.
