Best course in the area for sure (but not for begginers). :( Some holes are throwing off a cliff, throwing onto a cliff, and some other crazy layouts. The trees and rocks make up for an adventourous time, while the creek can make some moments just frustrating. If you have never played before, I highly recomend taking someone with you that has played the course before and knows what they are doing. Hole one has easily the most beautiful landscape of them all; throwing down the side of the canyon onto a small, flat, green field surrounded by short and tall trees, and the river flowing flawlesly behind. But despite the beauty of the course, watch out, because it will suck your discs up as if nothing happened. Deffinently recomend it to any player who wants a challenge!

Crazy course! The canyon and the creek make for really cool scenery (see the photos on Disc Golf Scene.com). Some of the holes are very tough and technical. You will need all your discs and accuracy is at a premium. The creek will eat your discs if your aim is off (my Beast became a victim on #1). It's very hard to post a low score here, but still really fun and challenging. I don't recommend this course for beginners; it might frustrate them quite a bit.

This course is hands down the best course in the Magic Valley, if you are in town and only have a chance to play one course choose this one. The layout is great and offers a golfing experience I have never got at any other course in southern Idaho. The setting is great and even better in summer, the sound of the river all the green lush environment. SIC did a great job setting this course up to the elevation shots are the best part for me the water hazards are not out of control and can easily be played safe for beginners or at the same time a challenge for pros. This park used to be a dumb and disc golf is helping to turn it around. Great course and secluded areas to hang out by the river are also cool.

It is a very nice course that has transformed the park that it is placed in.
Pros: Some nice undulation on a couple of holes. (especially the first and last). Different shots then you will see on most DGC. A beautiful river runs beside the course. Fun course to play. Treed area makes for a challenge. The eighth hole is a very cool shot. Goes onto a rocky ledge which isn't seen real often. The course uses some light treed areas with tight basket locations to make the course more challenging.
Cons: For the first time playing the course it was a confusing layout. Not well marked. Needs concrete tees. On some holes the OB doesn't make a lot of sense. Out of the 2 long holes one seem to be over stretched and unnatural for the course. The seventh hole (I think this is the long dog leg right) is over stretched and should only be a mid length shot. They tried to hard to make this whole something that its not.
When in the trees can't really find where to tee off unless you have a tour guide.
The course is a lot of fun to play but needs to have tee pads, so that you know where you are going and where u are throwing from.
There has been a lot done to this area and course. I think at a later date it might be a much better course then its current rating.
