Tight battles across other divisions before Sunday's final

After four rounds of play at the Next Generation Tour National Championships, it comes to no surprise that it would require an average of 1033-rated disc golf to prevail in the MA1/MPO division.

Last year's runner-up, Kyle Klein, has proven he is on a mission to come out in 2019 and put his stamp on the championships by separating himself from the rest of his division by a cool 12 strokes. Klein has shown great poise all weekend long leading up to the final 18 holes Sunday, which will be held at Roy G. Guerrero Disc Golf Course in Austin, Texas, and will be filmed by Jomez Productions.

It is still a very close battle between the Castruita sisters, Aria and Melody, and Liz Torok in the Open Women's division: Only six strokes separate the three going into the final rounds.

In the Masters division, it's none other than Texas’ own Robert Tate making a charge in search of his own tour championship trophy. After Robert Cummings III took an early lead in less than desirable conditions on Thursday, Tate has battled his way to the top of the leaderboard. However, with other players looming close behind in Jason Carter and Ray Hill, it's still anyone's game in the MP40 division.
