2021 Junior Worlds Designated as Phase 3 Event

The 2021 PDGA Junior Disc Golf World Championships has been designated and will be operating in phase 3 of the PDGA Majors Covid-19 Requirements and Best Practices policy and will offer limited spectating opportunities. The PDGA follows CDC, state, and local COVID-19 policies and guidance. The Junior Worlds Host team and the PDGA have worked with the City of Emporia and Lyon County and their parks departments to ensure the event can run in accordance with county guidance which limits what events can operate. Regarding the State of Kansas, the City of Emporia, and Lyon County, all entities allow for the PDGA to operate the event in accordance with state policies and the PDGA Majors COVID-19 Requirements & Best Practices.
