2024 DGPT - Ledgestone Open — Round 3 Recap
It's going to take a Sunday surge to take the title from Holyn Handley and Gannon Buhr.
But anything can happen at the fast and furious 2024 Disc Golf Pro Tour — Discraft's Ledgestone Open presented by GRIPeq.
Both leaders kept pace after another sprint around the Peoria, Illinois area on Saturday and both will have a small cushion heading into Championship Sunday of this DGPT+ event.
Buhr turned in his second-straight 11-under round and is averaging at 1072 rating so far. Handley kept pace with the third-hottest round of the day at 6-under.
Both lead cards will feature new faces as Hailey King used an 8-under round to jump into solo second place, four strokes behind Handley. Ohn Scoggins and Stacie Rawnsley will round out the lead card.
In MPO, Kyle Klein kept his spot in solo second place, five strokes back, and the Robinson brothers will join them on Sunday. Ezra Robinson had the hottest round of the weekend so far at 12-under and is in solo third, one stroke ahead of Isaac Robinson as well as Jakub Semerad and Calvin Heimburg.
