The fifth edition World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) World Team Disc Golf Championship is coming up later this year in Mundaring, Perth, Australia. For four days, November 6-9, 2024, disc golfers representing countries from around the world will compete in doubles and single match play formats on two 18-hole courses located in the bush and throughout the Mandaring Sporting Club Golf course.

Three countries are kicking off the inaugural World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) Pan American Team Disc Golf Championship this weekend at Langley Pond Disc Golf Park in Warrenville, South Carolina, United States.
The Professional Disc Golf Association ("PDGA") announces that it has terminated its Memorandum of Understanding with the World Flying Disc Federation ("WFDF"), effective February 29, 2016, and will not be renewing its membership. PDGA was a charter member of WFDF when it was founded in 1985 and had rejoined in January 2014 following a brief departure.
The Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA) and the World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) are pleased to announce that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to renew cooperation between the organizations in organizing and promoting the development of Disc Golf activities internationally. The agreement was signed earlier this week by PDGA Executive Director Brian J. Graham and WFDF President Robert L. “Nob” Rauch following approval by their respective Boards of Directors. As part of the agreement, the PDGA will rejoin the WFDF as a Disc Sport Organizational member, regaining its status as a charter member of the WFDF going back to its formation in 1985.
