Unger Park

Beginner friendly course with a mix of open and wooded shoots. No running water in the park - there is a gas station near the entrance to the park. 1st tee is near the parking lot and pavilion. The front 9 has more exposure to the sun than the back. #7 through 9 go through the open field bordering the small lake to finish by the parking lot. The front 9 are susceptible to flooding. #10 tee is in the woods across the road to the left of basket 9 heading away from the parking lot. The back 9 are wooded shots with a few ace holes. Players must focus on hitting lines to get rewarded with positions on the clean fairways. Maintained by the local county parks department and volunteers. Redesigned from 9 holes up to 12 in 2017 and then up to 18 in 2019.
