On Friday, the PDGA National Tour returns to action bigger than ever.

And if you're doing things bigger, what better place than Texas?

A year after the COVID-19 pandemic forced the cancellation of the National Tour, the 2021 schedule kicks off Friday at the 26th Annual Texas State Disc Golf Championship presented by Latitude 64 in Tyler, Texas.

It's the first of six stops on the 2021 PDGA National Tour.

What awaits in Texas is a true test for some of the best in the sport on the Dogwood Course at Lindsey Park in Tyler. This heavily wooded 18-hole track, which warns players on the first tee box with a stone sign, demands precision and punishes the smallest mistake.

The acton will be covered from every angle. Earlier this year, the PDGA finalized a deal with the Disc Golf Network that will bring the action live to viewers from all six National Tour stops, as well as the PDGA Professional World Disc Golf Championships and the U.S. Women's Championship.

On top of the live broadcast, four post-production crews will be on hand, including JomezPro, GK Pro, Gatekeeper and the 2021 season debut of Central Coast Disc Golf.

All eyes will be on the Lone Star State this weekend with Texas-sized bragging rights and National Tour points on the line.

Here’s everything else you need to know to catch all of the action this weekend:
