64 of the top disc golfers in the world converged on Ocala, FL. At the end of the six round, three day weekend, Nikko Locastro stood alone as the only undefeated player, beating Bradley Williams of Texas 3 & 2 in the match play finals.

All told, it was an amazing weekend, with over 1400 entries in DGA’s Bracket Pickem, an average of over 300 online viewers for the 20+ hours of online coverage (that’s well over 6,000 viewer hours!). Congratulations to Dave Feldberg for winning the ABC Discs Putting Contest. His “money” putter earned him free entry into the 2011 Player’s Cup Match Play Championships, which will again be presented by Vibram Disc Golf.

Mike Barnett of Sun King Discs was our Master of Ceremonies and pulled off an amazing event. This was the largest disc golf match play tournament ever held. Well done Mike, between this event, your Florida tour events, and the multitude of other events and clinics you put on, you should be considered for TD of the Year.
