- This document applies to PDGA Tour events outside the United States and Canada. It outlines variances from and exceptions to the Official Rules of Disc Golf and the Competition Manual for Disc Golf Events for international play.
- The Official Rules of Disc Golf and the Competition Manual for Disc Golf Events apply to events outside the United States and Canada other than as specified in this section.
- These variances and exceptions do not apply to Majors or Elite Series events.
