The trees don't just tower over Iron Hill, they punish every slight miscue. Hit the narrow gaps, and be rewarded. Miss them, and the trees can show no mercy.

A true test awaits as the PDGA National Tour, in its 18th season, resumes this weekend at the Delaware Disc Golf Challenge Driven by Innova in Newark, Delaware.

Action kicks off Friday for three rounds at historic Iron Hill for the fourth and penultimate National Tour stop of 2021.

SANTA CRUZ, California – Adam Hammes showed no emotion when things were going good or bad with his sights set on the biggest win of his young and blossoming career.

Sure, there were minor fist pumps and the occasional look of disgust when things went sideways, as they can often do at DeLaveaga.

But once the final putt was tapped in and he was the champion of the 35th Annual Santa Cruz Masters Cup presented by Innova, a PDGA National Tour event, that all changed.

SANTA CRUZ, California – For every challenge, DeLaveaga presents just as many opportunities.

It’s a matter of seizing them.

On Sunday at the Santa Cruz Masters Cup presented by Innova, the third PDGA National Tour stop of 2021, there are two players – Adam Hammes and Kevin Jones – that have that opportunity to grab it.
