This course is one of the oldest disc golf courses in the area, currently undergoing a redesign to create a championship 18-hole course for this tournament. The course plays through fields with varying elevation and tight woods. Memorable holes include #18 a 550 ft. fairway that plays alongside an OB road with a sidewalk OB behind the basket.
Johnson Park – Grandville

Once used for the 1997 Amateur World Championship, this course is getting a complete revamp with new tees and baskets. The landscape features significant elevation change throughout the lightly wooded property. The holes provide the opportunity for a variety of shots, valleys, hills, short, long, tunnels, hyzers, and anhyzers.
Black Falcon – Kent City (Private)

Never before used for a PDGA event, Mark LaFleur #2895 has opened his private course to the players of this tournament. This course plays through tight woods, open fields, and apple orchards and is a very beautiful piece of property with slight elevation changes that seem to add distance to many holes. Signature holes include #6, a 520 ft. hole that ends with the basket on a mound, and #10, a 300ft. cathedral shot that punishes anything but a pure shot.
Bluegill – Wayland (Private)
Joe Gill #3550 has graciously opened his private course, one of the highest rated courses in Michigan, for this tournament. This both wooded and open course challenges every shot in your bag and punishes all mistakes. OB comes into play in the fields as well as the numerous water hazards. Hole #9, which plays down an OB hill and finishes mere feet before a pond, and #10, which plays over two ponds, are only two of the many signature holes.
Riverside – Grand Rapids

Located centrally in Downtown Grand Rapids in a large city park, this course plays around an off shoot of the Grand River, which brings water into play on many holes. Many long holes with scenic views cover the well-manicured park. Hole #10, a 600 ft. fairway with OB water on left and an OB path on right, is a signature hole.
Grand Rapids Rotary – Belmont

Installed on an old ball golf course at Grand Isle Park, this course navigates around out of bounds ponds, wetlands, and two sand traps. Holes range from 180 ft. to 670 ft. Signature holes include #14, which requires a 250 ft. drive over a body of water to reach the green, and #18, a 670 ft. hole with OB water on the right and dense rough surrounding the green.
Fallasburg Park – Lowell

This course plays through a sprawling park with elevation changes, tunnels, short shots, and bomber holes. The Flat River runs along the final 3 holes with scenic views of some mild river rapids, and the course is well maintained by the Parks department as well as the local golfers. Signature holes include #5, 496 ft. uphill along a narrow fairway, and #13, a 390 ft. long wide open hole with 50 foot cliffs near the basket.
Semifinals will be played on the Fallasburg, Brewer and Rotary courses on the morning of Saturday, August 19th . Approximately the top 35% of each division will make the cut and earn the chance to continue to compete for a World Championship. Finals will be held at the Riverside Course in downtown Grand Rapids in the afternoon on Saturday.
All divisions that include 4 to 7 players will advance 2 competitors to the finals. All divisions including 8 or more players will advance 4 competitors to the finals.
