2023 PDGA Champions Cup Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Player Packs

• Player Packs will be given ONLY to those registered players who are personally present at Champions Cup check-in.

• Player packs may NOT be picked up by someone for someone else.

• At no time will a withdrawal or no-show receive a player’s pack, all refunds are cash only.

Withdrawal and Refund Schedule

• For official withdrawals from either the registered list or the waitlist, players MUST use the “Request a Refund” link in their registration confirmation email or the “withdraw/refund” link found on their player profile on Disc Golf Scene. Registrants who have lost their confirmation email may request a new one from the PDGA Event Support Team.

• Withdrawals from the waitlist at any time will receive a 100% refund (less $10 reg fee.)

• All refunds (including waitlist) will be made minus the $10 non-refundable registration fee.

By March 20 – All official withdrawals from the registered list by March 20 will receive a full refund.

By March 27 - All official withdrawals from the registered list by March 27 will receive a full refund ONLY if their spot is back-filled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal. If not backfilled from the waitlist, they will receive a 75% refund.

By April 3 - All official withdrawals from the registered list by April 3 will receive a full refund ONLY if their spot is back-filled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal. If not backfilled from the waitlist, they will receive a 50% refund.

By April 10 - All official withdrawals from the registered list by April 10 will receive a full refund ONLY if their spot is back-filled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal. If not backfilled from the waitlist, they will receive a 25% refund.

By April 17 - All official withdrawals from the registered list by April 17 will receive a full refund ONLY if their spot is back-filled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal. If not backfilled from the waitlist, they will receive a 0% refund.

After April 17 - Withdrawals after April 17 will NOT receive a refund of any kind.

On April 21 - All waitlist registrants who are still on the waitlist on April 21, will receive a full refund minus the $10 registration fee.
