I would give this a higher rating if it were playable all year long, but the city has decided to only put the baskets in when there is snow on the ground. This course was the go to course for anyone living or working downtown, I would see young professionals on their lunch break playing a quick round(you can play all 9 holes in less then an hour, and many good upstanding citizens being courteous of walkers, bikers and anyone using the park. Some people have ruined that for those people by drinking and throwing discs at people that have no idea they are walking through a disc golf course. does get busy on those sunny summer days, but can't we just get along?

Despite the city's best efforts to shut it down, Westchester remains the go-to disc golf course for Anchorage residents. Course has undergone four revisions since I've been going, and has settled into a very playable, diverse 9 holes. Mild water hazard. Often crowded, but do take care on hole 4, as there is a bike path literally running down the fairway. No idea why they mention dual tees, there simply aren't. Play up hill,, down hill, through forest, across field, and around the corner. It's something I miss about back home, would recommend. Note that going into hole 6 is a bit of a jog with the latest revision, stay on the path and head for the lake, it's on the corner on your right after ~200 yards
