3.04 Dress Code

- All violations of the Dress Code Policy shall be considered a courtesy violation (see 812, Courtesy).
- All competitors and staff are required to wear an upper garment and lower outer garment, such as a shirt and pants.
- All competitors and staff are required to wear shoes or other footwear with soles.
